Our Story
The story begins with a passionate father, an industrial, retail and commercial flooring specialist, teaching his sons two sides of the business – first, the commercial side and secondly, the importance of remaining technically driven. Today, our expertise has been passed through generations, continuing to operate as a family firm, combining traditional technical knowledge with modernised processes. With a combined experience of more than 90 years, the methods used have been developed over time, adapting to the evolution of the flooring industry.
Rapide Flooring remains one of the first companies in the UK to embrace industrial MMA resin flooring systems, meaning that we have become true experts in delivering an outstanding level of craftsmanship. Bespoke flooring solutions are available for clients in an array of industries, each designed to align with unique client requirements, taking into consideration any specific restraints. Whether it may be a car showroom, sports hall, commercial kitchen or anything in between, every project will be executed with the same meticulous attention to detail, taking an honest approach to devising tailored solutions. We believe that our processes create the foundation for our business; the way that we choose to carry out projects is our brand.
More recently we have expanded our partnership to include Richard Woods as Project Director with over 10 years of experience in the resin flooring industry, Richard is fuelled by his passion for understanding the needs of his clients and implementing them with the highest of standards. Richard has completed work for many blue-chip companies over the years and is accustomed to working to deadlines
