The Proposal
During the initial consultation, our team will evaluate all client requirements to begin formulating a project plan. Any business restraints will be taken into consideration, for example, for commercial kitchen clients, the removal and reinstallation of kitchen equipment will be factored into the roadmap.

The Planning
Once all requirements, premises specifications and potential restraints have been discussed, a plan will be created. Our team recognise that any disruption can have a detrimental impact on daily operations, which means that we will schedule a date that works best for your business. We will always aim to keep downtime at a minimum.

The Delivery
Before beginning any project, our team will ensure that any fixtures and equipment have been removed and stored in a safe location to avoid damage. The installation or repair project can then commence on your scheduled date and time. We will strive to complete the project in a timely manner, without compromising on the exceptional quality that we have built a reputation for.

The Closing
We are confident that every project will exceed client expectations, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure that a seamless finish is guaranteed. If clients require regular maintenance of their newly-fitted flooring, then a contract can also be devised.
